YORC was founded by Roy Sandberg and Dan Sandberg.

Roy Sandberg has been involved with robotics since his college days at CMU. Roy has a background in software, firmware, electronics, and mechanical engineering. As an experienced entrepreneur with deep experience with motion control and motor technology, Roy is well positioned to bring easy to use motion control to the masses.

Dan Sandberg has been writing code since his early teens. A Stanford CS major, he is an experienced entrepreneur with an extraordinarily broad range of software development skills. Having worked on multiple robotics and automation projects, he also has a deep appreciation for how to write beautiful, easy to use code that makes things move.
