We're constantly building out our library of open source solutions. And if we don't already have a solution for your problem (or a closely related one) we can build it for you. Even if we're designing from scratch, we'll charge you less because we know that your design will help us in the future. Naturally, if parts of our solution represent a critical competitive edge for your business, we'll sign NDAs that affirm our commitment to protecting your intellectual property.

As an example, we have a client that had issues dispensing particularly viscous adhesive. Regular pressure-driven dispensers weren't consistent enough for good results. Using our in-house motors, a few 3D printed parts, and mass produced linear rail, we quickly designed a syringe pump that smoothly dispensed adhesive using our three axis cartesian robot as the movement platform. Another client needed to grab wooden boards from a stack and move them to a staging area as part of their workflow. We integrated our linear stage with our SCARA robot design to provide them with a low cost solution.
